The velvet armchair
Before cleaning, the fabric looks dull and dusty, with uneven light and dark patches on the seat and arm. After a deep clean, the green looks richer and more even, and the tufted back looks fresh again.
The tufted couch
This deep-buttoned couch looked faded and tired in the before photo. After cleaning, the colour is deeper and the seat, back and arms look cleaner and more uniform.
Why velvet needs a careful approach
Velvet and other pile fabrics can be damaged by harsh scrubbing or too much water. We choose the method and products to suit the fabric, and we are honest about what is realistic: results depend on the fabric, its age and how long a mark has been there.
